We work with homeowners on properties they intend to keep, and with investors improving property they own. The spec is agreed before work starts, and it is built to last.
A substantial project, properly specified
Extensions, loft conversions and garage conversions built to the spec you will live with. If the brief is the quickest, cheapest job possible, that is not us.
Planning permission or PD route confirmed
Your architect manages the planning application from submission to decision: we survey the site, price from the drawings, and build.
Location
Property in Staffordshire, Cheshire or the near Midlands.
The honest filter
If you are price-shopping and the cheapest quote is what closes the deal, we are not your contractor. We price properly and say so up front.

For the right build only
Build it right.
Build it HYPE.
We take on substantial building work across Stoke-on-Trent and the Midlands: extensions, conversions, full refurbishments, commercial works and repairs after fire, flood or damage. Properly scoped projects, not odd jobs or reactive maintenance.
We're VAT registered, so on smaller jobs a non-VAT builder will always undercut us. That's just the maths. Our work pays off where doing it properly matters more than the cheapest quote.
