What we deliver

The building, done properly.

Council homes brought back into use, properties adapted, and buildings converted for providers who run care and accommodation services. The same standard as every HYPE build: a project manager on the job day to day, vetted trades on every package, and every day logged and photographed on The HYPE System.

Recent work includes a two-bedroom bungalow in Caverswall refurbished for the local authority, a fire-damaged house in Burslem reinstated, and a redundant commercial garage converted into a two-bedroom home that is now run as a children's home by its operator.

Where a building will house vulnerable people, your safeguarding requirements set the standard we build to. We do not run, staff or register care services: the operator does. Planning and design come from your architect; we price the work and build it.

A defined programme of works

Refurbishments, adaptations and compliance works with a clear scope. Reactive repairs and one-off call-outs are better served by a small-works contractor.

For the right build only

Build it right.
Build it HYPE.

We take on substantial building work across Stoke-on-Trent and the Midlands: extensions, conversions, full refurbishments, commercial works and repairs after fire, flood or damage. Properly scoped projects, not odd jobs or reactive maintenance.

We're VAT registered, so on smaller jobs a non-VAT builder will always undercut us. That's just the maths. Our work pays off where doing it properly matters more than the cheapest quote.
