We come to you. Walk the property. Talk through what you want, what's possible, what's not. You leave with rough costs and a clear next step. If it's not a HYPE project, we'll tell you who to call instead.
A real price, normally within a week of the drawings.
Your architect shapes the scheme and proves it works: design is their job, not ours. Once the drawings land, we normally turn them into a real price within the week, with our proposed programme for the build: so you know the actual cost before you commit, not a guess. The actual programme depends on the project.
Your architect runs planning. We get build-ready.
Planning is your architect's process with the council, not ours: different councils take different times, and some run past a year. While it runs, we work through the drawings and a line-by-line spec with your architect and structural engineer, so scope and price are agreed and you see exactly what you're buying before a brick moves.

Every site runs on The HYPE System: daily logs, photo records, deliveries, costs. When you ask where your build's at, we can tell you then and there. Major milestones are filmed for HypeTV. You're never wondering where we are.
We snag it before you do.

Sheet 04 · The Standards
For the right build only
We take on substantial building work across Stoke-on-Trent and the Midlands: extensions, conversions, full refurbishments, commercial works and repairs after fire, flood or damage. Properly scoped projects, not odd jobs or reactive maintenance.
We're VAT registered, so on smaller jobs a non-VAT builder will always undercut us. That's just the maths. Our work pays off where doing it properly matters more than the cheapest quote.
