What cookies HYPE Building uses on this website and how to control them.
Section 01
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device when you visit it. Cookies allow the website to remember your preferences and improve your browsing experience. Some cookies are essential for the website to work. Others are used for analytics or marketing.
Section 02
We use a small set of cookies, in three groups. Essential cookies that make the website function (session management, security) and remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies that help us understand which pages are being read (anonymised, aggregate data only). Marketing cookies, set by advertising platforms, that record which advert brought you to the site and allow HYPE adverts to be shown to people who have already visited. Analytics and marketing are both switched off by default. Neither is set unless you turn it on in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Section 03
Your browser allows you to accept, refuse, or delete cookies at any time through its settings. You can also clear cookies stored on your device. Refusing essential cookies may stop parts of the website from working correctly. For non-essential cookies (analytics and marketing), you can refuse on first visit through the consent banner, or change your choice later through the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Section 04
This table lists every cookie and browser storage value the HYPE Building website sets: what it is for, how long it lasts, and whether it is first-party (us) or third-party. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights measure traffic and page speed without setting a cookie or storing anything in your browser: they run for every visitor, no consent needed. Google Analytics and the enquiry attribution record only run, and only set the rows marked below, once you accept analytics cookies in the banner or the Cookie settings link in the footer. The Meta pixel only runs, and only sets _fbp, once you accept marketing cookies.

Section 05
We may update this policy if we change the cookies the website uses. Material changes will be notified through the consent banner on next visit.
For the right build only
We take on substantial building work across Stoke-on-Trent and the Midlands: extensions, conversions, full refurbishments, commercial works and repairs after fire, flood or damage. Properly scoped projects, not odd jobs or reactive maintenance.
We're VAT registered, so on smaller jobs a non-VAT builder will always undercut us. That's just the maths. Our work pays off where doing it properly matters more than the cheapest quote.
