A commercial premises in Stoke-on-Trent that needed bringing up to standard for Tritech's operations. Commercial fit-outs of this scale rarely make it to a case-study page: they're typically too discrete, too client-specific, too tied to the operating business to publicise. HYPE was brought in because the brief required minimal disruption: the business kept running while the work got done.

The client has asked us not to publish the dressed-state photographs of the working environment, fair enough, it's their commercial space and their staff in it. What we can show is the before condition (Tritech were happy for these to go on the public record), the finished workmanship (corners of the build that don't expose operational detail), and a single approved comparison shot.
A working business got the upgrade it needed without losing operational time it couldn't afford to lose.

The commercial space before the fit-out started. Tritech were happy for these to be published: most clients are, the before isn't sensitive. Standard commercial interior, condition reflecting prior trading use, ready for upgrade.

A note from John on privacy: we love sharing beautifully styled "after" shots with furniture and fittings, but sometimes clients prefer not to have those images published, often for security reasons or to protect their privacy. Tritech is a commercial client, and their working environment, equipment, and staff aren't for public-facing photography. We always respect that.
The images here are the corners of the fit-out the client has approved for publication, the workmanship details, the finishes, the quality of the build itself. Useful if you're judging a builder. Less useful as a portfolio shot. We're builders.
