Fire stopping is the passive protection that buys occupants the minutes they need. Done right, it is invisible once the wall is boarded. That is why the work is logged and photographed on The HYPE System as it goes in, not described afterwards.

Fire-stopping failures are usually rushed rather than deliberate: a cable run sealed with the wrong product, a pipe penetration packed with material not rated for that compartment line, a fire door hung with gaps too wide for its seals. Each one disappears once the wall is boarded, which is why the record matters.
Every job has a project manager on it, with vetted trades on every package, and the work is logged and photographed as it goes in. Fire strategy and fire risk assessments come from your assessor or engineer; we price the work and put it in.

We take on substantial building work across Stoke-on-Trent and the Midlands: extensions, conversions, full refurbishments, commercial works and repairs after fire, flood or damage. Properly scoped projects, not odd jobs or reactive maintenance.
We're VAT registered, so on smaller jobs a non-VAT builder will always undercut us. That's just the maths. Our work pays off where doing it properly matters more than the cheapest quote.
