The mission is not a slogan. It runs into every first call, every site sequence, every handover pack. If we are doing it right, all three pillars hold every day.
Most builders treat an investor as a one-off job. We don't. We deliver work that performs, on budget, to a standard that lets or sells, so the numbers stack up and you come back for the next one. Most of our investors do.
Every HMO we deliver is a home. Every commercial-to-residential conversion adds housing stock to a city that needs it. Every back-to-brick refurbishment resets a tired property for the next generation. We are accountable to the people who live in what we build.
The reputation of UK construction has been earned badly over the last two decades. HYPE exists to push it back the other way. One operating standard. Documented every step. Filmed for the public. If every contractor worked this way the industry would be a different place.

Pillar 01
We employ locally and work with Stoke-on-Trent sub-contractors. Equal opportunity, and the safety of everyone on site comes first.
Pillar 02
Every derelict building we bring back, a tired terrace, an empty pub, a dead shop, is another home back in use in the Potteries.
Pillar 03
We keep disruption and noise down for the neighbours, and keep the site safe for everyone around it.
Pillar 04
We refurbish properties across Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme with local trades, so the money spent on the build stays local. HYPE keeps the pound in Stoke.
For the right build only
We take on substantial building work across Stoke-on-Trent and the Midlands: extensions, conversions, full refurbishments, commercial works and repairs after fire, flood or damage. Properly scoped projects, not odd jobs or reactive maintenance.
We're VAT registered, so on smaller jobs a non-VAT builder will always undercut us. That's just the maths. Our work pays off where doing it properly matters more than the cheapest quote.
