When I first started in the building trade, I worked for myself, on the tools, working closely with property investors, builders and letting agents. I quickly realised the whole process, from buying a property to letting it out, is ridiculously fragmented. None of the people involved, the investor, the trades, the agent, the tenant, took account of the others. So I built The HYPE System to pull it all together.
