Instruction
A live claim and an authorised instruction.
We repair homes after fire, flood, escape of water and impact damage across Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire and Cheshire. One contractor, every trade, the whole job documented.
What we do
Insurance repair is a different trade to new build. The scope comes from the loss adjuster, the homeowner is living through the worst week of their year, and the work has to be done properly inside a scope somebody else has written. That suits how we already work.
Every trade is either ours or vetted, so nobody waits three weeks on a plasterer who never turns up. Every job is logged and photographed on our own system, so there is a record of what was found and what was done.
And the homeowner gets spoken to by name, not handled as a claim number. If something changes on site, you will hear it before we do it: not on the final account.
The proof
We have been repairing insured damage for as long as we have been building: fire, flood, escape of water, impact. Most of it never got written up, because we were busy doing it rather than filming it. The one we did document: fire-damaged house reinstatement, Burslem, taken back to brick and rebuilt after a house fire.
Damp, dry rot, water ingress and wall-tie failure are our day job. There are films and guides on all of it.
We have delivered through fire damage reinstatement, full-property water-damage strip-out and dry-out, vehicle-impact damage to external walls, and full re-roof and structural rebuild after storm loss.
Who this is for
We take instructions direct from insurers and loss adjusters, and from homeowners managing their own claim.
A live claim and an authorised instruction.
Property in Staffordshire, Cheshire or the near Midlands.
A schedule of works, already written or being prepared. Either is fine.
A homeowner who wants talking to. We deal with people by name.
The honest filter
We are not the cheapest. We are VAT registered and we price the work properly. If the claim is being settled on lowest quote, we are the wrong contractor and we would sooner say so now than halfway through.
How it runs
Same as every HYPE build: inspect, agree the scope, do the work, hand it over.
We walk the damage with you and the homeowner.
We work to the schedule of works. Anything that changes gets agreed before it happens.
Progress logged and photographed throughout.
Walked through with the adjuster and the homeowner.
Same operating standard as every HYPE build.
